These terms apply to Matsuri Map (matsurimap.com), a free, non-commercial site run by an individual. By using the site you agree to them.

Event information

Event names, dates and venues are collected from public listings and may be out of date, wrong or cancelled. Locations may be approximate. Always check the official website before you go.
The site is not affiliated with the sources it lists, or with any organiser.
The site is provided as is, without any warranty, and may change or stop at any time.
The operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded (for example, intentional acts or gross negligence).

Accounts

An account (sign in with Google) is needed only to comment. One account per person.
Choose a nickname that doesn't pretend to be someone else or the site itself.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab.

Comments

Comments are public. Please don't post:

spam, ads or links for promotion;
abuse, harassment, discrimination or threats;
personal information about anyone (including yourself), such as addresses or phone numbers;
anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights (for example copied text or photos);
false information posted on purpose.

You keep the rights to what you write, and you allow the site to show it. The operator may hide or delete comments, and suspend accounts, that break these rules or that others report, without notice.

Other rules

Don't interfere with the site, for example by overloading it, probing it for security holes or scraping it in bulk.
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors; event descriptions and photos on linked sites belong to their owners.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the new version is posted on this page with a new date. They are governed by the laws of Japan. Questions go through the contact form. See also the privacy policy.

当サイトは、情報元のサイトや主催者とは関係ありません。
当サイトは現状のまま提供され、内容を保証しません。予告なく変更・終了する場合があります。
当サイトの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。ただし、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合など、法令により免責が認められない場合を除きます。

アカウント

アカウント（Google でログイン）はコメントにのみ必要です。お一人につき1アカウントとします。
他人や当サイトになりすますニックネームは使えません。
「アカウント」タブからいつでもアカウントを削除できます。

コメントは公開されます。次のような投稿は禁止します。

スパム、広告、宣伝目的のリンク
誹謗中傷、嫌がらせ、差別、脅迫

コメントの権利は投稿者に帰属し、当サイトでの表示を許諾していただくものとします。規約に反するコメントや報告があったコメントは、運営者が予告なく非表示・削除し、アカウントを停止することがあります。

その他の禁止事項

過剰な負荷をかける、セキュリティ上の弱点を探る、大量に自動取得するなど、サイトの運営を妨げる行為
